The dough of our pizzas is obatained by biologic flour, sourdough,
sea salt, extra virgin olive oil and nothing more. After a long
leavening our balls are ready to stuffed with  italian tomato
sauce and milkcream mozzarella cheese , ranging also to other territorial
ingredients like toma, cogną, anchovies of   Maira land  and much more.
We also have disponibility of special flours like kamur, spelt,
balck with seven cereals and by reservation also gluten free.
